Paradise City Gift Baskets offers the following return policy:
We will substitute an individual product(s) for a design (when necessary) provided that we receive at least a 72 hour notice before scheduled delivery.
If the whole product is damaged due to shipping, we will replace the product and re-ship within 72 hours of notification.
