Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: When will the product be shipped?
A: The product(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of credit card authorization/payment.
Q: What payment methods are accepted by your company?
A: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept personal money orders;no personal checks, please.
Q: Does the product price include sales tax?
A: If you live in or are shipping to a city/town in Massachusetts, a 5 % sales tax will be assessed to the price of the product(s).
Q: Can I have a gift card included with a message for the recipient?
A: Yes. We will certainly hand-write your message on a gift card and include it with the product. You can let us know the message either online with your order or call us at (413) 586-1067 if you forget to add it.
